You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items. Please contact me first so we can understand the issue and help resolve it as smoothly as possible.
To qualify for a return, all merchandise must be sent back in its original condition, just as it was received. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the item price only, excluding all shipping fees.
