In Stock Items

Most in-stock items are dispatched quickly and include tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Personalised & Made to Order Items

As many of our items are handmade, personalised or created especially for you, these orders usually take 3–5 working days to make and dispatch.

Tracking details will be provided as soon as your order is on its way.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders may take a little longer depending on the quantity ordered and the level of customisation required. If there are likely to be any delays, we'll always keep you updated.

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Standard Items

We accept returns on non-personalised, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalised Items

Personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or there has been an error on our part.

Made to Order Items

Made to order products are also non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
